REGATTA SERVICES
When shooting a regatta I am happy to
provide several services when recognized as the official event
photographer. The relationship typically works as follows.
Dallas Johnson Provides
- Photos for organizer to use for promotional uses and press releases.
- Guaranteed on the water photography (as conditions permit).
- Photos online, professional website, secure shopping cart.
- Possible impromptu slideshow.
Organizer Provides
- Sole official photographer
- Listed as in-kind sponsor
- Flyers (provided) included in skipper packet
PROMOTIONAL SERVICES
Evening Slide Show
Photo slideshow with sponsor name and logo on
the photos, approximately 2.5 hour duration. An ideal addition to the
regatta dinner. All equipment supplied, only a large white wall or place
to hang a screen is needed. $250 (plus dinner ticket).
Daily Media Release
A daily digital press release with web quality photos
(sponsor name/logo on images) sent to my list of national sailing and
local media outlets. Arrangements need to be made to supply a person to
verbally recap the day's racing events with me. $150 daily, $250 final
day.
Photo-Participation Trophies
Many custom options are available to meet specific needs and
budgets. Photo trophy options can vary with image size, how deep
trophies are awarded, and if crew members receive prints.
Common Trophy Photo Options
- Framed photo with custom engraved plaque
- Photo in award frame with event information/logo printed on the photo
- Photos in paper presentation frame with event information printed on
photo.

WEBSITE SERVICES
Always a challenge to
promoters. I can quickly create a website that will allow organizers to
register racers, send e-mail messages, and allow you to make updates on
